- Negotiate contracts and agreements with performers and ensure they have all necessary accommodations and support.
- Foster positive relationships with artists, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote the event effectively.
- Develop promotional materials, including posters, flyers, and online content.
- Manage social media accounts and coordinate with PR teams to generate buzz and media coverage.
Ticketing and Sales:
- Set ticket prices and manage ticketing platforms.
- Monitor and analyze ticket sales and adjust strategies as needed to meet attendance goals.
- Provide excellent customer service to ticket buyers and resolve any issues.
Logistics and Operations:
